Moving out of Knowsley
If you are moving out of Knowsley into another area, let us know by completing this form. You can tell us either before or after you move.
You will need:
- A phone number and e-mail address
- The date you sold the property or tenancy ended
- The actual date you vacated
- Whether the property has been left furnished or unfurnished
- Name of the new occupier, landlord or owner
When we have completed the change of address, you will be issued a final bill which will advise of any outstanding balance and the date this needs to be paid.
If the account is in any credit and you paid by direct debit, this will be refunded directly to the bank the direct debit came from. If you paid by any other method, you will need to contact council tax when you receive the closed account bill.
